1. Rental Bookings and Payments
Reservations: A reservation is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a rental agreement/waiver has been signed.

Payments: Full payment is required before or upon delivery of the equipment, as specified in your booking confirmation.

Waiver: Upon delivery, the renting party must sign a comprehensive Liability Waiver. The renting party is responsible for ensuring that all individual riders (or their legal guardians) sign a waiver before participating.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chicago Mechanical Bulls and Jump Guy Party Rentals from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your event, your guests’ use of the equipment, or any breach of these Terms.

4. Site Requirements and Delivery
Clearance: The customer is responsible for ensuring a clear pathway for delivery and setup. The setup area must be flat, free of sharp objects, overhead power lines, and tree branches.

5. Damages
